  • Working all day today..

    Cw: 62.6kg/ 137.9lbs

    Lost so far: 4.4kg/ 9.7 lbs

    Yay I've almost lost 10 pounds:D

    Today I'm going to work at 11.45 am and I don't think I'll get to go home before 9 maybe 10 pm.. But it's good, money in my bank and burning a lot of calories walking with plates (I'm a waiter)..

     

    I'm doing really well, except my energy level is very low so I'm trying to start the day with some fruit (for the natural sugar), drink some green tea in the am. and make sure to take one multivitamin and one vitamin a.. hope that helps..

    Update: 10pm

    Today has been a shitty, shitty day.. I quit smoking today and I have been angry, pissed and depressed all day but at least I haven't had a single cigarette..

    My goal of being 56kg/ 123.3lbs by May 4th seems doable:)

     

    I'm doing really well today.. I get hungry a lot but don't overeat and I'm doing really well with my portion control.. One of my biggest problems is eating too much at dinner and I seem to slowly overcome that:D

     

    I read some of my old entries and last year around this time I was about 10lbs lighter, but last year at May 4th I was 57.8kg/ 127.3lbs so I know if I work really hard I can go there, and beyond! My ultimate lw was: 53.8kg/ 118.5 lbs so that's is probably my first "real" goal cause I've hit all the other goals before..

     

    Went to the gym after class, at 4pm.. It's always super crowded at that time:s I have noticed that a lot of girls at the gym come in with their hair done and a full face of make-up and barely brake a sweat.. All they do is walk on the treadmill and talk on their phones.. Seems like such a waste of time!

     

    Outtake:

    running for 7:14 mins (1km) -67 cals

    elliptical for 36 mins (2.15km) -308 cals

    strength training for 30 mins - 105 cals

    walking to and from the gym 40 mins (4km) -200 cals

    Total= -680 cals

     

    Not writing my intake cause that's dull.. Well that's not the reason really.. I know I'm not eating enough and I don't want to "trigger" anything with anyone..

     

    For people who restrict calories: how do you decide what kind of calories you want in your body?? I notice some people eat 1200 cals a day of all protein, fruit and veggies while others eat 500 cals a day in one sitting eating pizza..

    Which do you prefer?

    I'm planning on going to the gym today.. Hopefully I can get in an intense workout (I have the day off).. My weight loss is going great btw:)I have lost 0.5kg/ 1.1lbs since Monday, so far so good..

  • monday..

    Cw: 63.8kg/ 140.5lbs

    I had a slight set-back when my twin sister came to visit.. We ate candy and a lot of food, but it was so much fun and I had a great time with her, as always.. She is a little bit heavier than me and my stepfather even told her she was "too fat" and "needed to go on a diet"! I'm so angry with him cause all of you know, that these kinds of comments doesn't inspire weight-loss but insecurities and low self-esteem...

    Anyway, so far I have lost 3.2kg/ 7.6lbs in two months.. Not a whole lot but I did have some set-backs like my sisters visit and the vacation to Egypt (an all you can eat buffet morning, midday and evening and so much baklava!)..

    I'm weighing myself every day now, cause weighing in one every other week just doesn't do it for me.. I need to be able to keep myself accountable every day..

    Anyway, doing great right now.. Yesterday I burnt 763 cals at the gym and had an intake of 795 cals so that was a great day!

  • thursday..

    I'm doing really good today:) I did a long, hard workout and am eating healthy so I feel like I'm gonna reach my goal of being thin, fit and healthy one day..

    I'm going to a shop that sells organic and vegan food and I love it! They have these amazing fruit bars made from only organic fruit and nuts, no additives and they are low-cal.. It's packed with energy so I'm eating it after a workout and I feel like it's making such a big change in my energy levels..

    I'm trying to eat organic but I'm on a small budget, so I get what I can.. Some organic food is better than non..

     

    Workout:

    31 mins rowing, 5km (250 cals)

    35 mins on the cross-trainer,2km (elliptical) (310 cals)

    40 mins weight training (140 cals)

    40 mins walking to and from the gym, 4km (215 cals)

    Total=915 cals

     

    Total intake=1090 cals

     

    If I keep this up I should have a daily deficit of between 1500-2000 cals depending on whether or not it's a work day.. That means I could loose 3lbs a week..
